A key part of keeping your skin from drying out or aging is to moisturize. It is best to moisturize
when you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed at night. Depending on your skin

moisturizer may be a better choice.

any kind or amount of food we want, it can be difficult to eat healthy whole foods. One way to
approach a healthy diet is to eat clean most of the time and treat yourself once a week for
example. Some beneficial foods to eat include berries, almonds, olive oil, salmon, and beans.
