Review: Autoboyogrophy

High school is never easy, and it’s certainly not a breeze when you’re in love with someone who’s strictly off-limits. In Christina Lauren’s Autoboyography, high school senior Tanner Scott slowly finds himself falling for his literature class teaching assistant, Sebastian—who happens to be the son of a Mormon bishop. Tanner finds himself consumed by thoughts of Sebastian, which become unbearable as he entertains the slight possibility that Sebastian just might like him back.

Autoboyography is a breath of fresh air. The novel is beautifully written, and it is hard not to feel Tanner’s emotions, ranging from heartbreak to elation. Readers looking for a new romance novel will find Autoboyography irresistible to put down, and become immediately attached to the characters.
