Being Mindful of Your Health & Others around You

It is super important to continue to practice social distancing during this time. Although quarantining has been a struggle for us all, it is for our own good and for the sake of others. As people are becoming restless of staying at home, many are deciding to break quarantine and go out, but this is super dangerous and backtracks all of the precautionary measures we have been taking. It is crucial to remain distanced from others because we are still not in a position where it is safe for us to be in public. We all must remain mindful of our own health and the safety of others.

Being mindful of the serious consequences that may entail are so important. It is dangerous to be exposed to so many people in public; viruses spread very quickly and easily with the contact that comes with leaving our homes. We need to take all of the preventative measures possible to keep ourselves healthy. If you have to leave the house, you should be as careful as possible. This means wearing a mask to cover your face and trying not to touch too many things. You should also wash your hands thoroughly with warm water and soap as much as possible.

Many of us are young and healthy and even if we feel great, we may be asymptomatic, putting others at risk. We must be mindful of the people in our community who may be more prone to catching viruses. Nobody wants to be responsible for hurting the health of others and this is highly possible whenever we leave our houses to go anywhere public.
