Hey everyone, today I want to talk about the upcoming holiday, Thanksgiving. Through the years this tradition has become commercialized on TV and in stores, selling plushy turkeys, autumnal wreaths, and decorative disposable plates and napkins to prepare you for the last Thursday of the month. However, I don’t want us to forget the importance the holiday carries. With everything this year has brought us, we should take this as an opportunity to look at the positives. It’s easy to get overwhelmed with all the negatives and forget to remind yourself of the good things that surround you. On Thanksgiving, when we’re surrounded by our family or friends, we should really take the time to reflect on the year and see what we can be grateful for. We should look forward to the future because there’s always a rainbow after the storm.
