Hailing from Nashville, “Paramore” has been one of the most consistently relevant outfits of the last decade. They have successfully navigated themselves through different genres, all while staying favored–a feat most bands cannot accomplish.

Even though the band has faced its fair share of scandals, drama, and turmoil, Hayley Williams, Taylor York, and Zac Farro (the remaining three members) are in it to win it. After Laughter, the most recent record put out by the trio, is fresh and heavily influenced by eighties synth-pop. It gives us an inside look of Williams’ head, accompanied by the musical geniuses that are York and Farro.

There isn’t a single former emo kid who hasn’t grown up with “Paramore” soundtracking their life. In the wise words of Hayley Williams, “Some of us have to grow up sometimes” and we wouldn’t want any other band other than “Paramore” to grow up alongside with us.
