With everything going on right now with COVID-19, it’s critical to stay healthy. Always washing your hands, maintaining a balanced diet and sleep schedule, and taking a lot of vitamin C are steps that can help you stay safe. Drinking hot beverages like teas is also a good way to stay warm. Of course, try to stay inside and avoid crowded areas.

Most importantly, it’s also good to have a healthy mentality. With all this panic and chaos going around, it’s hard not to lose your head and begin feeling fearful. With anything in life, I think it’s best to remain positive while staying cautious and doing what needs to be done to stay healthy. Watching the news right now can sometimes make you feel worse.
