Spring Break Rejuvenation

Do you have spring break without travel plans? Take this week for yourself to recuperate and focus on your physical and mental health. Use this week-long break to destress and do something that relaxes you. Here are some ideas that you can try:

At-home spa day – Make yourself a nice, warm bath. Maybe even get yourself a bath bomb from Lush and make your bath extra special and lovely! Play some background music, put on a face mask, and enjoy this calming night.
Move your body – Moving your body is a natural stress reliever and is beneficial for mental and physical health. It can be as easy as taking a walk by the beach or on a trail. Another idea is to join a one-day yoga class.
Treat yourself to your favorite food – You deserve it! Go to your favorite restaurant, bakery, or smoothie shop and treat yourself! If you’re feeling adventurous, try out a new restaurant or bakery.
Reorganize your room – Nothing better than a clean and organized room to finish off the semester. A clean room gives you mental clarity and contributes to emotional wellbeing. I recommend buying new candles and flowers to get the extra spring feel in your room!

Even if you don’t have extravagant and rowdy spring break plans, you can still enjoy your time. Remember that your mental health is always a priority. Take time for yourself and enjoy your spring break!
