The holidays are approaching and as the leaves start changing colors many of us long for warmth and autumnal activities. Nothing will bring you more fall vibes than snuggling up on the couch and watching Gilmore Girls. This show stars the mother-daughter duo Rory and Lorelai Gilmore, they are played by Alexis Bledel and Lauren Graham. It takes place in a fictional town, Stars Hollow, which is in Connecticut and it’s filled with tight-knit groups of eccentric people.
The show would usually follow their lives from October to January and their town decorated for every small event. The townspeople would always hold extravagant events such as The Firelight Festival, Living Art Festival, Winter Carnival, and so much more. These events would often be where the climax of the show took place while episodes prior lead up to it. The orange hues and festivities that occur throughout the show will satisfy anyone’s fall cravings. Additionally, Rory and Lorelai’s relationship is so wholesome that it will fill up any room with warmth. Their relationship extends past being mother and daughter, they are best friends. It had always been just the two of them while Rory was growing up so they did nearly everything together.
