There has been a lot of buzz surrounding the final episodes of Stranger Things Season 4. Finally released, the last two episodes of the show were long awaited by fans and, as one of those fans, I binged both episodes as fast as I could. For those of you who haven’t finished Season 4 yet, don’t worry; I won’t spoil anything.
If you are unfamiliar with the series, the Netflix original follows a group of friends as they uncover supernatural mysteries and government plots in their fictional hometown of Hawkins, Indiana. Set in the 1980s, Stranger Things offers elements of horror, science fiction, and real-world conspiracies that give the show a unique aesthetic. Throughout the series, the children travel back and forth between Hawkins and an alternate reality known as the “Upside Down” to fight various monsters that attack the real world.
While I’m sure there are critics running rampant, I found Season 4 to be one of the most intricate and entertaining thus far. If you’re not a Stranger Things fan already, I highly recommend giving the series a shot.
