Like most people in my age group right now, I’ve been addicted to Billie Eilish’s music. Everywhere one can turn on the internet, someone is talking about Billie. It’s pop music, but with a spin that I haven’t heard in a long time.
I first discovered Billie Eilish from her song “ocean eyes”, a song that basically dominated the video editing community on Vine in 2015. Now, Billie is steadily gaining a larger fanbase as the days pass.
What’s not to like? Aside from letting a spider crawl on her face for a music video and a couple instances of her being rude on social media, Billie can make music that appeals to everyone. Catchy, fresh, and addicting, it’s unbelievable what she is capable of doing. But above all, Billie’s journey is inspiring and I can’t wait to see her grow even more as a person and as an artist.
