Hey there! My name is Morgan Venn, and I’m a writer for the Lifestyle Tab and a communications manager here with 60 Seconds Magazine.
To tell you a bit about myself, I’m originally half South African and half Californian, but I was raised in Asia. I spent 15 years growing up in Singapore, and 3 years from the age of 6 to 9 living in Seoul, South Korea. I’m a strategic and corporate communications major studying at Chapman University, with a plan to pursue a career in marketing, PR or advertising!
Now with the technical information aside, I can get to the juicy, fun facts about me. I have a fear of heights, an obsession with oatmeal (as well as coffee yum), and I love walking. Random facts, I know, but I think these facts can give you a deeper look into my personality. My love for oatmeal stems from the soft side of myself that loves to curl up with a book, and my love for walking encompasses my love for travel, experiencing new cultures and making spontaneous memories.
