Making Amazing Asian Cuisine

Even before the pandemic, I was super into cooking. As a college student, I quickly learned that Asian meals are some of the best and easiest things to cook. From numerous types of noodles to fried rice to grilled chicken, the options are endless and tasty. Here are some of my favorite Asian dishes that you can try out.

Chicken Fried Rice

Chicken fried rice is a classic. I’m sure the recipe I have is a bit Americanized, but it’s great either way. Chicken fried rice is simple and filling, but be careful not to eat too much of it at once—I find myself getting carried away sometimes. The recipe I use is linked here.

Lo Mein Noodles

This dish is delicious and, most importantly, healthy. Packed with vegetables and bursting with flavor, this might be my favorite one. Lo Mein calls for egg noodles, and you can find some that are gluten-free. Although this recipe does not call for broccoli, it’s another vegetable I like to add. Lastly, this dish is filling but not heavy, which is awesome! Linked here is the recipe I use.

Sesame Chicken Bowls

Sesame chicken is sweet, tangy, and savory, and just tastes so good. Although this recipe does have a couple more steps and ingredients than the others, it still isn’t too time-consuming. Additionally, one of my favorite things about making bowls is that you can add whatever else you want, so if you want more vegetables, go crazy. The recipe I used is linked here.

I hope you are all inspired to make some amazing Asian cuisine!
