Nashville, Tennessee’s Loveless Café is famously known for its southern style cooking and made-fresh-daily biscuits. Celebrities and civilians come from every corner of the nation to explore the city and confirm the café’s rave reviews. As a local Nashvillian, I figured it was time to try this food joint for myself. Fortunately, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Long waiting periods at Loveless are undeniably difficult to avoid. Because crowds are constantly buzzing about the property to get a taste for themselves, Loveless has built shops, markets, and entertainment areas all around the grounds to keep people busy. You can even play a round or two of cornhole or shop for some apparel—it definitely passes the time faster!
Once I finally sat down at an old timey table that was reminiscent of a diner, I had warm biscuits with homemade peach, strawberry, and blackberry, as well as a tall glass of sweet tea awaiting me. While the wait to get seating was rather lengthy, the delicious food came out exceedingly fast after I ordered.
The menu consists of breakfast served all day as well as classic country styled supper platters. The café also had an array of sides to choose from that came with every meal. While the meals were a little on the more pricey side, the amount and quality of the food was completely worth it. Not to mention the service was amazing and very welcoming!
