How to Attain a Healthy Lifestyle

A healthy lifestyle is something that many individuals try to practice on a daily basis. Whether
it means eating a balanced diet or getting your steps in from exercise, a healthy lifestyle is achievable.

The majority of my friends take good care of their skin and keep their bodies hydrated by drinking at least eight ounces of water per day. By doing this, you are refreshing your body and keeping an overall clean and energized frame. When I want to feel extra healthy, I usually cut a lemon in half and squeeze it into my water to give it a little kick! Lemon is a very rich source of vitamin C. Not only does lemon juice enhance the immune system, it also helps sustains our bodies pH balance! Both a plus, for sure.

Aside from lemon water, I love green tea. Honestly, it is my go-to drink for when I am craving
something delicious but also want healthy benefits. I usually go to my local Starbucks and
ask for it when I need to start my mornings off with some extra love.

A healthy lifestyle, to me, means being active and awakening your body. I love to go on long
walks on the beach or even just around my block! I find it to be peaceful and getting fresh air
really helps me conquer any anxieties or stresses that come with being a student. I
recommend getting at least forty-five minutes of fresh air by walking around or just sitting outside with a good book. You will start to see how much fun it is, too!
