Can you believe summer officially starts at the end of this week? I absolutely love the warmer weather because it just makes me feel so free and relaxed! Another thing I love about summer is the effortless makeup that’s synonymous with the season. During the fall and winter, I tend to lean towards heavier and more dramatic looks, but in the summer, I really like to keep things simple and just play up my natural glow for a clean and light look! Here are some of my favorite products to create that perfect summer glow!
1. NARS Bronzer Powder in Laguna
I like wearing bronzer year-round, but in the summer, I go crazy with it! There’s nothing more perfect than a sun-kissed glow, and this bronzer powder from NARS is one of my favorites. The golden shimmer is subtle enough for daily wear, but at the same time, it makes me look like I’ve spent countless hours perfecting my tan at the beach. If you want extra oomph, don’t skip the highlighter! I used to think wearing a highlighter during the day can seem like overkill, but during the summer months, I like dusting it over my nose bridge, brow bone, cheekbones, and the inner corners of my eyes for a dewy glow. It makes my skin look so healthy and vibrant, which is exactly what I want to go for during the warmer months.
