Nodaleto is a fairly new name, having debuted in 2019. The brand’s founder, Julia Toledano comes from a family that is well known in the world of fashion, so art and design are practically ingrained in her.
In an interview for Harper’s Bazaar, she recalled that her Mediterranean heritage and Parisian upbringing heavily inspired her designs. Interestingly, the name of her brand is actually an anagram of her last own name.
Another major inspiration for Toledano is the idea of capturing the maturity that comes forth during the transition from childhood to adulthood.
