Calabasas Commons

One of my personal favorite places for regular hangouts is the Calabasas Commons. Full of high end shops, delicious eateries, and even a movie theater, this shopping center is a hub of Calabasas activity.

With a gorgeous aesthetic full of blooming trees and shrubs, outdoor dining is a completely unique experience here. Customers can enjoy their meals under a ceiling of fairy lights and beside a pond full of koi fish and turtles.

The Commons contains a diverse array of restaurants, from high end dinner establishments, such as Marmalade Cafe, to fast food places, such as Pick Up Stix. In addition, there are a lot of great places for snacks, including a Ralph’s grocery store, multiple ice cream shops, and Sunlife, which is famous for fruit smoothie bowls.

In addition, the Commons is home to a Barnes and Noble bookstore, which provides an ideal working space. Often filled with studying students, the bookstore provides chairs on the second level where people can work with a view. With window sills so wide they double as tables, readers and study groups alike have gorgeous views that look past a balcony and into the pink Calabasas skies.
