Over the course of these past few weeks spent inside my home, reading has been my favorite pastime. Picking up a good book is the best way to escape the mundane views of your home for so many reasons. It allows you to detach from the current stresses of life, learn something new, or just enjoy a great story! Another reason to prioritize this hobby over these next few weeks is because of the positive impact on your ability to fall asleep. When we spend days expending much less energy than we are used to, it can be hard to fall asleep; but, putting down the phone and picking up a book is the perfect solution. 

Whether you are a fan of exercising outdoors or indoors, something I have found to be very effective and helpful during this season is the incredible range of workout videos on Youtube! These virtual classes are fun, engaging and motivational. In addition to that, exercise results in feeling accomplished and leads to an improved state of mind when those endorphins are released, helping the days go by with an increased sense of joy. This also helps maintain a well rounded sleeping schedule, so there really are no reasons not to check these online classes out!
